Modifying the Kitchen: The Dollhouse Saga

When I made the kitchen years ago, it was not exactly how I wanted it. The top cupboards had issues and the stove was not deep enough and needed a light. So last night I got to work. I had the husband use the table saw to slice a bit off the cupboards. Painted and reinstalled, they look fab!

The stove made me really work. I had to cut apart a tea light, drill a hole in the stove, make an addition to cover the battery pack, paint it, glue it, solder connections... whew! But it all worked out in the end.

The last bit that needs to be done for the kitchen, is remake the herb drying rack and then put all the decorations back. So excited to have it looking better!
